An employee of a Lauderhill catering business sent Local 10 News a photo of a dead rat inside the kitchen area, and the next day the business was temporarily ordered shut by an inspector.
The photo was taken at Catering at Chefs Table LLC, where an inspector noted they found other issues as well the next day during a routine inspection, including rodent droppings in the kitchen, dead roaches throughout the area and a mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine.
