A local Loveland business owner has taken her interest in baking and shared it with the community.

Cynthia Newt is the owner of Cyd’s C-Rollers, a cinnamon roll baking business that she has run for almost two years.

Cynthia Newt, who formerly worked at Johnson’s Corner in Johnstown, said during the pandemic she became interested in making her own bread, an interest that rolled into making her own cinnamon rolls.

But after being laid off, she decided to go all in to her new business.

“I (thought) my chances are better if I do this,” she said. “That is how it all came about.”
