Will Craig, a recently retired Social Security employee of 25 years, has started his own consultation business: The Social Security Advisor. The business provides all manner of Social Security-related services with the adding goal of providing a personal touch throughout the process.
Services offered include retirement counseling; assistance filing online claims for Social Security retirement, disability, and Medicare; and helping file disability appeals or completing forms and questionnaires.
Craig began his career as a junior at Kentucky Wesleyan College when he got an internship with the Owensboro Social Security office. He was employed as a Claims Specialist for the next 16 years, processing applications for entitlement, which included retirement, disability, widow’s benefits, and Medicare.
