A new automotive service center opened this week on the Southern end of Macon County. Pork Chop’s Automotive officially opened on Monday at 519 Middle Skeenah Road. Owned and Operated by Stacey Holbrooks, the mechanics working at Pork Chop’s Automotive have more than 30 years experience in the automotive repair and service industry.
The shop offers a wide range of services including oil changes, tune-ups, and brake repairs. Anything mechanical, Holbrooks and his team are prepared to help.
But what sets this shop apart is its commitment to giving back to the community. Holbrooks has reserved specific days of the week for discounts on services for veterans and first responders. On Mondays, veterans, veteran spouses, widows of veterans, and current military can receive a free oil change with the purchase of oil and filter at the shop, while on Wednesdays, first responders can receive the same discount.
