Ms. Prange is a veteran healthcare executive and strategist with over 25 years of leadership experience. Ms. Prange has served as a member of the board of directors of Atricure, a medical device company, since December 2019. She has served as a member of the board of directors of Nevro, a medical device company, since December 2019. Ms. Prange has served as a member of the board of directors of WS Audiology since March 2020. She has served as Strategic Advisor to Nuvo Group, LLC, a medical device company, since September of 2019 and Industrial Advisor to EQT Group, a global investment organization, since March 2020.
